7.5 WooCommerce AfterShip

Product DescriptionChangelogOverview

The plugin relies on the AfterShip service, so at least a free AfterShip plan is required to use it. The author of the plugin has no relationship with the AfterShip service and you must ultimately contact the AfterShip service for any questions regarding the subscription plan.

How it works.
The WooCommerce AfterShip plugin allows your customers to track shipments via the timeline displayed on the order details page! It’s very simple to use.

Insert the AfterShip API Key through WooCommerce’s AfterShip menu (you’ll find a link to generate it).
Select the company you want to use to track your shipment.
On the Manage Order Details page, enter the tracking information.
That’s it! The plugin will automatically allow you to update the tracking status and will automatically display a timeline of the status of each tracking code associated with the order on the Front Order Details page!

Shipping Progress Timeline
On each order detail page, the WooCommerce AfterShip plugin displays a timeline of each tracking code entered by the store administrator!

Product Power
You can add, edit and delete order history directly on the order list page!
Shortcodes
Orders from any page can be tracked through the special [wcafw_order_status]. It will present a form where the user can enter the order ID. this form will load the shipping schedule for the order. This is useful for gust users who do not have access to their profile page to track orders.

The tracking information is embedded in the WOOCOMMERCE email.
Tracking information is automatically embedded in each WooCommerce notification email once the order status has reached “complete” status. You have the option to change the status in which the plugin must consider embedding tracking information and customize the information included in the emails!

Email Notifications
You can choose to send email notifications for events that include order tracking information. Email templates can be localized (only when using WPML) and customized using the email menu.

CSV Import
Import your data using a CSV file with just a few clicks! Here is a sample file to use as a template. Follow the instructions you found in the special import section, insert the data you need into the CSV file, and then import!
