How it works
Once the plugin is installed, you have all the settings to customize a WhatsApp widget or button on your WordPress site by adding a phone number or group chat link to your membership account or support agent.
The widget can appear on all pages or only on the page you have set up. Alternatively, you can enable the WhatsApp button under the “Add to Cart” button in WooCommerce.
Each account has its own shortcode that you can copy and paste anywhere on your website to provide customer support.
Once a customer clicks on the account he wants to chat with, he will be redirected to the WhatsApp app (if he’s on his phone) or WhatsApp webpage (if he’s on his desktop).
