AffiliateWP – Recurring Referrals

With recurring referrals, you can keep track of the subscription fees for members referred by your members. Not only can you award commission to members when they first sign up, but you can also reward them for each payment they make during their subscription period.

After installation, you will add a new “Regular Referrals” tab to the AffiliateWP settings screen.

Periodic referral add-on settings

To enable recurring referral tracking for supported platforms, simply check the “Enable recurring referrals” box and set the recurring rate and recurring rate type as needed, otherwise it will use the applicable member’s referral rate and percentage. When enabled, referrals will be automatically recorded whenever a renewal payment is made for a subscription referred by a valid member.

Other options you can set are to “Enable recurring referral limits” and set a value to limit recurring referrals created for recurring payments. Finally, if you are using our Pro Plus Tiered Member Rate, you will see an additional checkbox to allow the use of a “recurring rate”.
